Our company was established in 1991 under the name "Halili". The company mainly carried out the transportation of hydrocarbons. The company's vehicle fleet started with a single vehicle, but that soon grew to 8 vehicles.
Steady growth
In addition to transporting hydrocarbons, the company also started the activity of wholesale and retail trade of hydrocarbons of the type: Petroleum, Gasoline, Kerosene (Jet A-1) and bitumen.
New contract awarded
The company was declared the winner of the tender for the transportation of Sulfuric Acid from Veles, North Macedonia to the Superphosphate Plant in Laç . The Company fleet was comprised of seven vehicles specifically designed for the transportation of Sulfuric Acid.
A step towards public infrastructure
The company expands into the public infrastructure sector, where it initially transported the necessary materials for the construction of the national road Milot - Thumanë. In the implementation of this project, the Company carried out the transport of inert materials with Tipper type vehicles, diesel with tank vehicles, and iron with trailers.
New cooperation
The company started a new cooperation as a subcontractor in the project for the expansion of Tirana International Airport "Mother Teresa", Rinas.
Further expansion
The company further expanded its cooperation as a subcontractor in the project of the national road Plepa - Rrogozhine. In this project the Company carried out the transport of inert materials with Tipper type vehicles, diesel with tank vehicles, and iron with trailers.
First step towards international transportation
The company continues to expand the activity of trading and transporting hydrocarbons in the new state of Kosovo.
New beginning with a new name
The company enters a new era by changing its name from the company "Halili" to "Gers" Shpk. Also the new company "Gers" Shpk. starts trading fuel for JET A-1 aircraft, thus supplying the fleet of the airline "Albanian Airlines" at the Tirana International Airport "Mother Teresa", Rinas. During this period the Company managed to transport a trading capacity of about 1 million liters per month. Almost every day its buses moved regularly transporting fuel from Hellenic Petroleum Refinery in Thessaloniki, Greece.
New stone quarry near Rinas
The company expands its activity where in addition to transporting aggregates, it is also involved in their trade, creating even a stone quarry near Rinas.
New comprehensive facility
"Gers" Shpk begins construction of a comprehensive facility for several activities including offices, storage facilities, a modern park for its company vehicles and also a station, point for fuel trading.
More international transportation services
The company continues the international transport of goods by using refrigerators, tents and tanks.

The company continues the activity of transport with its vehicles, responding to the needs of its customers mainly in the international market.
